Business Mentor - Intensive mentoring with individual service businesses.

Steve provides individual mentoring for service businesses. This allows detailed analysis of all facets of the business and tailored improvement strategies to be put in place. Initial sessions focus on understanding the business in depth, which usually involves undertaking a detailed focus session and questionnaire to analyse the business. From this Steve designs a customised program suited to the business in order to achieve the desired goals. All subsequent sessions can be conducted in person or over the phone. Strategic Advisor

Steve works with some clients in the manner akin to being a strategic director on the board. Usually this role is undertaken with clients after an intensive mentoring program. In this role, Steve meets with clients on a regular basis (either monthly, every second month, or quarterly) to act as a sounding board for business owners and management. Steve brings a fresh perspective to the business which helps achieve growth and development.

Group Mentoring

Devised to revolutionise your business, our Group Mentoring program is a series of four group-mentoring workshops – held on a quarterly basis, with approximately 7-9 other service businesses. These highly practical workshops focus in detail on the elements of building a client-focused business. The group format allows sharing of learning and experience, building of group accountability and the formation of strong supportive networks. In between these quarterly workshops, Steve conducts one-on-one meetings with your business to assist with your implementation of your goals and targets.

Speaker & Trainer

Steve is an engaging, thought provoking and content rich speaker for seminars, conferences and workshops. His insights on measuring what matters, understanding that customer focus is more than a warm feeling, and metrics that make a difference create a lasting impression on all who hear him.

Steve does not believe in boilerplate solutions for service businesses – what works for a three-person practice in Launceston, Tasmania may not work for a 20 person practice in the Sydney CBD. For this reason, every solution is tailored to the individual business and the individuals within the business.

Guarantee

Steve gives an unconditional guarantee. If when the work is done, you do not feel that full value was received, then you can decide how much it was worth and how much to pay (if anything). Should you choose to invoke the guarantee, Steve only asks that you cover any direct out of pocket expenses that have been incurred and that you discuss any feedback with him directly.
