What is your philosophy when it comes to business?

A business only exists to provide value to a customer. This was the belief of Peter Drucker and I believe that is absolutely correct. Without focus in anything that we do, nothing can be achieved. So from this perspective I believe that we to develop a truly client/customer-focused business which will ensure that the team and the owner management will enjoy the business. Following this. too often I see in businesses of all sizes a myriad array of numbers (KPIs) being measured, but to little avail. We need to measure what matters. Measure what is of value to the customers. A business should be a great place for the customers, team and management. Unfortunately it is not always that way. So let's get the focus right and the results will flow.

What are your fees?

Our fees vary based on the specific project. However there are two important things to consider – 1. We will always tell our fees upfront (no surprises) and, 2. Look below at our guarantee.

What is your guarantee?

We believe strongly in the value we provide and there we offer an unconditional guarantee. If when the work is done, you do not feel that full value was received, you can decide how much it was worth and how much to pay (if anything). Should you choose to invoke the guarantee, Steve only asks that you cover any direct out-of-pocket expenses that have been incurred, and that you discuss any feedback with him directly.

Major Focus Group is the work of Steve Major, a Brisbane, Australia -based management consultant and professional speaker with 20 years experience. Prior to establishing this business Steve owned a Chartered Accounting practice focusing on SME businesses.
