Steve Major is a qualified chartered accountant and practicing business mentor with more than 18 years experience in strategic business training and advising.

Steve Major is that rare beast – someone who intimately knows and understands the financial performance measures and success indicators that drive businesses and who can also see the human face of the business through great customer service and outstanding employees.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce (UQ), Graduate Diploma of Advanced Accounting, Masters of Taxation Law (UNSW), and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Australian Institute of Management.

He has run a highly successful accounting firm and been part of the heady world of options trading in the UK as well as founding Major Focus Group.

Steve’s passion is service businesses – helping people who provide services to clients and customers as the key differentiator for their business.

He loves turning a business owner from someone who is burnt out and having lost passion for their business to someone who loves what they do and how they do it.
